Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elephant Vibes. We stand behind every product we offer and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review the policy below to understand your options for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Include original packaging and proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Digital downloads or eBooks
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@elephantvibes.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. Contact us to arrange an exchange if needed.
